What began as a life safety survey and inspection of their existing facility quickly turned into a detailed space utilization study. Fairmount Minerals Tech Center is currently located in the former Wedron School building which still boasted a mostly intact gymnasium complete with basketball hoop.
Basalay, Cary and Alstadt re-organized and incorporated department growth potential to accommodate their growing numbers through the remodeling of their existing gymnasium space. The remodel incorporated a new vestibule/waiting area, six private offices, nine open office work stations, two file rooms, a large conference/training room, a break room and an expansive work room. The project also included the remodeling of their central corridor and restrooms.
